TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS & FAQS
Quick steps to resolve common internet and TV service issues before calling support.
Do NOT press the reset button (may cause loss of service).
Unplug power for 15–20 seconds, plug back in, wait up to 5 minutes.
Do not use internet devices during reboot. Restart your device if needed.
Set-Top Box (STB) Reboot
Unplug STB power for 15–20 seconds, then plug back in.
You may see “Amino” on screen—this may take several minutes.
TV Display Issues
No Signal: Select the correct HDMI input on your TV.
Closed Captioning: Press STB then # until Off.
Picture Cut Off: Press STB then * to adjust display size.
Support & Billing
Bills due on the 15th. First bill may include prorated & advance charges.
